This was the second time I’ve been to this facility. I had a dog that I had to put to sleep this past Monday. It was scheduled at a partnering location late in the day, but due to her rapid decline, I had to do something quicker and was able to come in here first thing in the morning. This was the first time that I experienced this, and I could not be happier with the way the staff treated myself, my dog, and the situation overall.
This is the only clinic in southern IL I will bring my pets to. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The veterinarians, technicians, and CSRs are always so nice and accommodating. I have one reactive dog, and they are always so slow and patient with her and us. Yes, their prices are high, but the price tag matches the high-quality service.
